I made each mug on my pottery wheel out of porcelain clay adding a design on the exterior featuring a wizard on each side of the mug. I used a variety of pottery stains and glazes for the colors. These are truly works of art...each one of them different and unique. This was fired in a gas kiln to 2300 degrees F, making it durable enough for use in the microwave and dishwasher.
