Wonderfully soft and warm... You can choose from the natural, non dyed, alpaca colors shown in the last photo. I do not buy dyed yarn due to the chemicals involved in the dying process and the dye tends to dull the feeling of the fiber and lessen the warmth. Due to the fiber not being dyed, the white is ivory in color and the black is not a jet black and can appear as a dark brown in certain lighting. If you would like a shawl/scarf in organic merino wool that is a possibility too. It comes in natural white, and I typically have some that is dyed with black walnut husks. Black walnut husks create a range of browns. Please ask to see pictures of wool dyed with black walnut. I find them to be beautiful browns. The shawl measures approximately 62"/158 cm by 16"/41 cm. The edges are naturally curled from the knitting, which create a soft edge. You may choose to have the short edges hemmed as shown in the latter three pictures (before the last photo) of the shawl/scarf in rose grey.
