This is a relief, wall-hanging wood carving I made of 2 black bear cub and a raccoon playing in a tree. A black bear cub is looking up from the base of the tree as another sits in the top with a raccoon peering from inside. Photo with dollar bill is for size comparison to give you an idea of wood carving size. Like all my wood carvings, this is my own, original design and is registered copyrighted. Carving was roughed out with a chainsaw and scroll saw, then grinders and chisels were used for carved details. I do all coloring on my wood carvings with fire and stains and coat with spar urethane. The eyes, hair and everything I make as realistic as I can. On the back of the wood carving I signed and dated and it has a recess cut out for hanging flush against the wall.
