Casserole Baking Pan. Serving Bowl with Handles. 9th Pottery Anniversary Gift.
From the oven to the table, your next casserole, entree, dessert or salad will be a hit when you bake and serve it in this stunning handmade ceramic pie pan. Yes, you really can bake in this ceramic baking dish. It is also a great size for a small loaf of bread. I created this squarish bowl on my pottery wheel out of porcelain clay, altering the form while the clay was soft and adding a couple handles on the top side. (If it needs to sit down inside something, like an air fryer, these handles will make it easier to lift up and out.) I used a layered glaze on this to achieve the depth and richness you see on the interior where black and purple glazes created this striking design. This baking pan measures 4" high (4.5" with the handles) and is 7.5" across. I signed it on the bottom rim. This is for the exact pan in the first 4 photos, but I make these in other sizes and designs.
