This bracelet is made of hammered jeweler's brass, that’s been cold worked to add strength. It's very similar in color to 14k gold. The metal is thicker, but can be slightly bent for adjustment to your wrist size. NOTE: Each cuff is in its natural state. It’s not coated with anything to prevent tarnish. Oils, lotions, moisture, etc. will accelerate the tarnish, so its recommended that you use a jewelry cloth for cleaning after wearing. Jeweler's brass is an alloy made of 85% copper and 15% zinc. In some, the copper may turn the skin green. If this happens, we recommend coating the inside of the cuff with fingernail polish to create a barrier between the bangle and the skin.
