This elastic-hem ruffle-dress is a simple construction but is so charming. The design also features elastic-gathered drop waist front and back. Unhemmed rag ruffles down front bodice, on sleeves, and back waist. Pull over ease. Curved patch pockets. To complete this project you will need 3 lengths of elastic: 15″, 15″, 42″. One size (The same dress is pictured on a small mannequin and a plus size mannequin) 51 inch bust. (Custom measurements may be available if you contact me.)
