Our products are hand made, not mass produced, and this takes time. 2. Once your item has been marked as shipped, it is in the hands of the carrier, and we will have no further information on the package except what is available on the carrier website. We are not responsible for lost packages. If your package says delivered but you have not received it, you will need to open a case with Etsy. 3.
