The Fence Bumper from Shih Tzu Boutique is crafted from durable cotton fabric and Velcro, with a foam interior that keeps it lightweight and water-resistant, allowing her to move freely. This bumper can be used with a collar or harness. If your dog will wear it around their neck, please provide their neck measurements. If you plan to attach the bumper to a harness, I will need the chest circumference measurement instead. Various fabric patterns are available!
