We think this fabric should glow nicely. Collar is made with a cotton fabric which is stitched around sturdy nylon webbing. Shown in a size large with black buckle. Collar is triple-stitched at stress points, and accented with a plastic contoured buckle and cast nickel D ring. Hand or machine wash on gentle cycle.
