With 27 beads instead of the full size 108, a pocket mala is the perfect size to carry with you anywhere you go. It is knotted on black cord with a silver wrap around the tassel. This mala is crafted with Australian sandalwood beads. (more information below) Will this fit me as a bracelet? Many with smaller size hands will be able to wear this. To determine if it will fit you, position your hand as if you were sliding on a bracelet, with you thumb tucked in. Wrap a fabric tape or string around the largest point in your closed hand. Pull it snug. Measure this part and if it is between 7 to 8 inches, it is likely that it can be worn as a bracelet (close to 8 inches may be a tight squeeze but can slide over the hand in most cases). However, this is intended as a tool for meditation and we do not offer any guarantee that it can be worn as a bracelet. The essential oil will last quite some time, but eventually will dissipate with use, and leave the natural subtle scent of the wood. To enhance, you simply add more essential oil of your choice. If worn on the skin, the wood will absorb your natural oils and darken slightly with time.
