This Whimsy Loo headband features a light blue handmade silk fabric flower with an iridescent crystal center on a bright pink silk fabric covered headband with a light blue velvet liner ribbon. Our Whimsy Loo twinsy headbands are vibrant, colorful and elegant covered in silk shantung fabric and velvet ribbon. Each flower is handmade with silk shantung fabric using a modified version of the centuries old kanzashi method. Then each flower is finished off with a center of Swarovski crystals.
