How Do Listing Timeframes Work?

The Listing Timeframe dropdown in each product listing allows you to control how long you want your product/s for sale. You can set the amount of time that you would like to have each product available in your store according to the product life cycle best suited for your item.

Some items may be connected to a specific season or event and best sold during that timeframe. Other items may be more appropriate to list in your store for longer periods.

You have the option to list items for 10 days, one month, three months, six months or "No end date", as long as you’d like, with no expiration date.

How to set your listing timeframe

  • Go to “My Product Listings” when logged into your seller dashboard.

  • You will be able to see the status of each listing under the product image.

  • Click on the three dots in the bottom right corner to update the listing timeframe to the desired length.

  • If some of your listings have already expired, use the three dots menu to relist the item, review and update the listing with the new timeframe, and publish.

How to list a product indefinitely

  • Go to “My Product Listings” when logged into your seller dashboard.

  • You will be able to see the status of each listing under the product image.

  • If you have existing listings that are expiring soon and want to keep them active, click on the three dots in the bottom right corner to update the listing timeframe to “no end date.”

  • If some of your listings have already expired, use the three dots menu to relist the item, review and update the listing "no end date," and publish.
