The noodles really just kind of fell into my life, they chose me! I saw amigurumi makers on tik tok and thought it was super cute. I'm an avid collector of stuffed animals and was trying to design my plushies when I discovered amigurumi. I have ADHD so I have a tendency to bite off more than I can chew so I decided to start small and see if I even liked to crochet. I found my first pattern a decided that I would make Ayame the snake from Fruits Basket, and wouldn't you know it I fell in love immediately. The plan of course was to make many different animals but I just love making the snakes so much!I'm lucky that I chose and animal that I don't see any amigurumi maker making ;) Very quickly the snakes developed into something more. I was stuffing them with memory foam which means they can be a bit heavier than a normal plushie and it made them squishy. This along with how long they are suddenly made them a perfect companion to hold around your neck, like a portable squishy stress toy. I really intend these snakes to be for older people (not small children) who need a bit of stress relief.
