Thanks for visiting the Creative Inspiration shop! I'm so grateful to be able to share my work and I welcome your feedback. I didn't set out to become a painter. Instead, painting found me. My dad and his brother both enjoyed painting with oil paint. In fact, my uncle has enjoyed successful art exhibits as a senior citizen in his state. My dad was a gifted painter as well and was a self-taught woodworker. I retired in July 2018 after 36+ with the same employer. I took up painting in August 2018. Since I was a child, I have always enjoyed pencil drawing. I returned to this creative side after retirement. I feel overjoyed to share my paintings and creations with you. Joining Etsy is a new chapter in my life! I'm passionate about painting and have a variety of paintings I'd like to complete. I would like to learn from others and have joined a local art association. As a self-taught artist, I'm seeking ways to share new and exciting expressions of my craft. My brother inherited woodworking skills from my dad, and is passionate about creating all types of wood products. When not painting, I volunteer, workout at a gym, read, explore recipes in the kitchen and bake, and trave
