These are great brushes. They blend any medium extremely well. Great for loading your brush to paint or dry to create lost lines. I use it with watercolor, acrylic and oil. You could even brush pastels. I gave my students these brushes for Christmas. They use them more than their expensive brushes. And they are a great buy!

This set contains two of each size brush. I use these brushes in many capacities; the larger size is fantastic when painting skies, water, underpainting large foliage areas or general underpainting large areas or wetting your painting surface...the medium & small size perform the same function, just within a smaller area. I have utilized these wonderful brushes when painting with gouache, watercolor & acrylic. These brushes are synthetic, very soft with gentle flex & clean very easily with warm soapy water. They load & retain a good amount of paint or water. These brushes are a fantastic value & I find them to be a joy to use.
