This would be a "no star rating" but seeing as you can't do that I gave it 1 star.  Placed order online/picked up in store but didn't open bag til I got home.  Box was taped together and "try me" button area was cut open with the button at bottom of box - lights were wrapped around cardboard but tangled.  The battery box was super huge and the remote was sitting at bottom of box.  Didn't untangle lights but put in the 4AA's and lights did light up.  Could not for the life of me open the battery area on the remote.  Called store and rep advised I could "probably" return as long as I explained the story behind the return - I mean really!!  This merchandise was previously returned by another customer and in no way shape or form should it have been put back on the shelf.  Now I have to make another trip to the store - not happy to say the least!!!  Will definitely be asking for refund!

Broken when it got here, plus they included a battery in the remote but it's dead--unless the remote doesn't work either. Complete waste of money.
