Ordered 7 of the tumblers. When the order arrived all items were damaged. None of the tumblers were wrapped and just seemed to be thrown into the box. There were no straws and one cup was missing the handle. Tried to contact customer service and was told that they would reship the items but the original ones had to be returned to a store first. If I have to take them back to a store and can't ship them why not just exchange them there for ones I know will not be damaged. Worst order received from Michaels.

Love this cup! Scored it for $10 - can't beat that!  It goes everywhere with me and is my signature color (hot pink!) Very strong and sturdy with a tight-fitting lid to prevent spills. So much yes!

It was sturdy and cheap (I got it for $10). I wouldn’t pay $20 (full price) for it but at $10 I definitely will!

This is a beautiful cup. However, it does not insulate well at all, and any ice inside caused significant condensation on the outside of the cup, even when it was inside of a room.  Again, the color is so pretty… but the cup is super disappointing.  Would not recommend.

Okay tumbler at the sale price $9.99. Good build quality and okay coverage with coating for the price. The handle does remove if you are needing that.  The issue is with Michael's and how they shipped these to me. I ordered 11 tumblers and I will return all.  3 tumblers came in one box, it had some paper wrapped up and in the box but none of the tumblers were wrapped in anything. Second box had 8 tumblers shoved into it with no packing material and none of the tumblers wrapped.  Of course, the items all move while being shipped, they are scratched, dented and chipped. The contents also were covered in dust from riding in the UPS truck because the box was sealed with the minimum amount of tape. I honestly can't believe the box didn't bust open because the tumblers do have some heft to them.   I will leave a review based on the quality of tumbler but recommend only getting these from the store. Very disappointed with Michael's and their shipping and will have to look elsewhere next time if not in store.

The colors chipped off during shipping. I returned all of the colors I ordered because every cup had chips of paint that came off. Didn’t want to give these as gifts because of the potential of more paint coming off.
