Purchased these to wrap around garland for my mother to place on her headboard. It gives her light at night to ensure she doesn’t stumble. Turned out perfect! She loves them. They stay on constantly and never get warm to the touch so I feel they are much safer than a lot of electric string lights.

This was the first time I have come across shimmer/Christmas lights that had brown wire rather than green or white, and was happy to find this color because it blends in very well with my DIY fountain "lamp". (My DIY fountain lamp is what used to be a small indoor fountain that looks like natural rock. The water pump stopped working and the base of the fountain developed a leak, so rather than spending money on trying to fix both the pump and the leak, I draped some old Christmas lights in the fountain pools, making a kind of fountain of light rather than a fountain of water.) Similar lights usually last around a year with daily use, so I'm hoping these will last a similar amount of time.
