Bought this tree on Nov. 11. By January 12, the middle section of lights had already burnt out. And I mean EVERY bulb in that section is black and burned out. Terrible quality. A shame because the tree itself is lovely but the lights do not last.

i wasn't sure what to expect because i bought this tree online, sight unseen, at a low price. i was very happy with its look and the ease of assembly. I was also happy with the ease of unassembling it! I'm the matriarch of our family, I'm single, and I like being independent. I was able to do everything myself with little effort, plus its a very pretty tree. I am very pleased with this purchase.

This is the 3rd tree have bought since 2015. I love the colors, lights, and look.  My first one lasted almost 6 years.  My second one lasted  two years and this third purchase did not last 3 weeks.  I am disappointed and hope this is just a fluke. Hope to return and maybe replace but worried when I open next season, it may not work and that would be 11 months from now.

I purchased this tree in early November, put it up and while lit, it's beautiful and full! I was satisfied when I opened it and assembled, but unfortunately, after less than 3 months, the pre-lit tree has lost some lights at the top. With the price I paid for this tree, I was expecting to get more life out of it, instead of less than ONE season. Disappointed to have to purchase yet another Christmas tree, since this one did not last.

i purchased this tree less than a month ago and the lighta already went out. not jusy that but there are so many holes no matter how much i fluffed it.  will not purchase from here again for a tree.  waste of money and cannot return.  super dissatisfied!!! picture is with lifhts wrapped around it.

Local Michael’s had no trees to exchange. When I called the number for troubleshooting I was advised to change the extremely little fuses and check every light to see if I could find the one that didn’t work. When I went to Walmart to buy new lights for my tree I saw trees similar to the tree I got from Michael’s for less money. Lesson learned.

Put together, perfectly fluffed the branches, plugged in and realized a portion of the middle section has no working lights.  Ugh, back in the box it goes.

we bought this tree on black friday. we needed to downsize our tree and this seemed like a great option. However we got home and out it up and the branches are even, its very gappy even after “fluffing” the branches and 2/3 of lights were not working by day 3 of it being up. Will be returning after Christmas.

Very sparse and bare. Cheap looking tree, doesn’t resemble picture.
