I am still experimenting with this stuff, so take my review with a grain of salt. Listen to their instructions that state the piece is cured when it's room temperature. If it's colder or warmer than the room, it is still setting up. It MOSTLY breaks in a clean fracture, but it's not always clear-through the piece. Sometimes it's a piece off a surface edge, which is awkward to address. I have noticed it seems to be more break-resistant the deeper the cast. It seems to take acrylic paint and markers pretty well. It can be a little messy to mix up, but that might be just me. The bag for this size is just a plastic bag. No resealable top like the smaller bag has. Having never worked with it before or having really done anything with plaster, I would say this is decent for the price. I would suggest getting the smaller size if you are unsure and just want to test it out.
