I followed the instructions and after less then 1 day poster came off the wall.  Now I have a cracked frame and torn poster.  Would not recommend.

I purchased these to hang a framed poster.  Followed the instructions but didn't even last 24 hours.   Frame broken and picture damaged.  Do not recommend.

Best invention ever.  I love not having to put nails into the walls.  No holes, No Mess when you take them down.  I was so glad to find them, as I was near the store and thought I'd take a look.  You have everything.

Initially I thought these strips were a winner. I used them to hang two framed pictures, one weighs 3 lbs and the other  weighs 4 lbs. I also hung a 3 lb fixture and did not put any weight on it. All three stuck to the walls and seemed very secure for about four days then they all came crashing down! The bathroom picture came crashing down in the middle of the night (sacred me out of my sleep) hitting and slightly damaging a vanity tray. Two nights later I heard a loud bang and found the fixture on the floor along with a few items it hit on the way down. Just now I was staring at the picture in my bedroom and literally watched it crash to the floor hitting a floor lantern. The frame now has a small dent in it. I felt the Command strips and there is no stickiness on them. Both pictures had 3-4 pairs of Command strips to secure them. Since the package says they hold up to 16 lbs. there is no excuse for this happening. 
Buyer beware. If you choose to take a chance on these to hang pictures, do not hang them over or near anything of value of that is breakable. Very disappointing.
