This pan makes cooking so much fun. I usually wait 5 minutes for it to be properly heated. Drop a couple of water drops and see the leidenfrost effect take action. If you properly heat and season your pan, cooking eggs should not be a problem at all. Obviously do some research before committing to it. If you end up getting, you won't regret it.

Thick gauge steel is super sturdy and easy to maintain and clean The ergonomic handle is easy utilize and does'nt get hot which is great not worrying about burning one's self.

I have the frying pan skillet 8”& 9.5 ,low sauté pan, and I just bought the non stick coating pan. Love the ability to cook evenly and family has to follow directions on cooking with them. They noticed the difference as well.

Well made and heavy duty. And because of its  thickness, its perfect for frying. Its also very good for slower cooking methods. The coating inside prevents things from sticking. Also, this thing heats up quickly. Love this skillet, so i bought the 8" & 12" too.  These skillets will last a lifetime.
