The frames are very lightweight and feel cheap (it is not a metal frame, just painted wood) Whoever packaged these frames did a horrible job. I ordered two of them and they were just wrapped with a couple of pieces of bubble wrap in a large box that was far too big. Both frames arrived cracked, damaged, and unusable. These are a definite return.

All I ordered was a custom Matt for the inside of this frame and cost was ridiculous for this.

These frames are suitable for what I need. The gold is a little on the orange side and they don't seem like metal...more like painted wood or plastic or something. They look nice on my wall though.

The product is beautiful and exactly what I needed to display 3 5x7s from a family gathering. I ordered three. One was shipped on its own with bubble wrapping and arrived intact. The other two, however, were shipped together with no bubble wrapping or protection. They shook around in that box and arrived in pieces. I had to return those two. But this is exactly what I need so I will re-purchase and hope that the frames are packaged correctly this time.

Great size for what I needed but there was a chip on the frame when I got it from store pick up. I ended up keeping it anyway because I had such a hard time finding a 3 opening frame in good in the size I wanted.

Disposal Income

Defective item was on clearance . Had no idea new policy didn’t allow to return. Item should never have been for sale. Lost a customer. I never took opportunity to return an item. This time I needed to and snippy cashier felt the need to school me. That’s not customer. Do better training how to speak to customers.
