About once a year I forget that ordering frames online from Michael's is never a good idea. I guess the people who pack the orders think we just won't notice if they're damaged? These frames are really quite nice, but three of the four were damaged before shipping, and the fourth has some scratches I'd probably overlook otherwise. Back they all go.

Good product, bad online experience.  I ordered 6 frames.  Michaels included one "As-is" frame with no returns or refunds that very noticeable scratches on the frame.  Why would any customer want such an item; disappointing that Michaels would include it in my shipment.  Thankfully, rep at my local store was understanding and allowed me to exchange for an undamaged item.
