These are the perfect size hearts for a special Birthday gift for my sister. Poke a small hole in the top and bottom, add a little paint, connect them with small metal rings and you have the perfect place to put your grandbabies pictures and hang them to see. My sister does a new "chain" of hearts each year with updated kiddie pictures.  Such a beautiful way to watch them grow.

Just another lost crafter

I'm not an avid crafter, in fact my crafting abilities generally ride a fine line between toddler and amoeba. I made a set of dog stairs for my aging pup and I needed something to make it stand out, to make her feel like the amazing girl that she is so I got about 7 million ideas in my head at 3 am like any normal person does, and I found myself picking up this set of wooden hearts. The fact that I got 130 of them and in 3 different sizes was the true selling point for me. I knew that if 1 wasnt quite the right fit that one of the others would be. In the end I spent countless hours painting them and changing my mind. Holding them up to my project in various positions and places only to scrap that idea until another inspiration struck. I did finally commit and they look amazing and while my dog refuses to use the stairs that I put many hours of painstaking love into it's ok. They're currently cute decor until I find someone whose dog is appreciative of nice things.

I used these to make pins for my husband's memorial service as he passed away suddenly at his hockey game.  Everyone loved them and asked where I bought them. They thought they were professionally made. Very high quality wood.
