Super nice quality frame! Heavy. Real wood and glass. The color is lighter and more orange-toned in person. Not what I exactly wanted, but not a dealbreaker. These were packaged carefully, and I had no damage with shipping. Going to be using them for a wall gallery.

My frames arrived damaged. The box itself was in terrible condition. However, the frames might have still arrived well if they had been wrapped in bubble wrap or some kind of protective covering. They were just thrown into the box and shipped. Safe to say I won’t be ordering online from Michaels again.

I ordered 5 of these picture frames online because none were available in local stores.  4 of the 5 arrived with broken glass or damaged frames.  The fault lies entirely with Michael's shipping department as there was virtually no packing material between the frames themselves or between the frame and the excessively large box.  Lesson learned - never buy picture frames from Michael's online again.
