I picked up this frame a few days ago at the Pittsburgh Waterfront store. This morning when I took off the cardboard corners to put in my picture, I discovered the wooden frame was broken and only held together by the staple-in cardboard corners. I will have to make another trip to the store to replace this (if they have another one). Very frustrating.

Very nice frame. The backer is kind of cheap though. Its basically reinforced cardboard and small metal prongs hold it in place

This frame was perfect for my parents old picture from the 1950s.

There are no bad frames, only bad framers.

My go to srire for frames and supplies and the sales have been awesome  and helpful for my pockets.

Purchased these frames on line & paid for home delivery. They arrived without any wrapping or protection & of course damaged. 
Note the image of the person in the photo is the delivery guy.

I ordered this product at 8:39am on 12/1, I had a voucher for $20 which covered the cost of the item.  I paid for 'Same Day Delivery' and the item never showed up.  I called the next day to have my Same Day fees refunded since it wasn't delivered.  They did reschedule my delivery for the next day 12/2 but after a 30 min call they only refunded 1/3 of the delivery fee, had to call back and after 20 mins asked to speak to a manager to which when transferring the call they disconnected me.  Called a 3rd time to have all my delivery fees refunded and spent another 30 mins on a call to get my refund and it still wasn't complete.  Needless to say, very bad service and I will not be purchasing from them again, and I would suggest nobody else should or you'll have to deal with horrible customer service!!
