This frame is elegant and well-crafted. It is perfect for displaying a beautiful needlepoint.

I needed 6 of these frames so they only way to order was via shipping as the store near me only had three in stock.  UPS decided that the shipment was damaged and never delivered it.  I called Michael's once I saw via the tracking that this happened and they immediately shipped six more.  ALL of the frames were broken. I'm going to the store near me to buy the three they have in store and hope to get the other three when more are in stock.

This is a beautiful frame, but my local store doesn't have any in stock. Unfortunately, I ordered online and it was damaged when I opened the box. The frame was literally in 4 pieces - remarkably, the glass & mat were undamaged!

this looks to be a nice frame. unfortunately, it arrived with the edges disassembled from each other so it broke and transit. there was no bubble wrapper anything around it so it would be better to buy in store.
