I was on my way to the store to pick up my order when i saw that for some reason my order has already been picked up….. when i got to the store i couldnt find my order in the bins that they place the order in based off the first initial of the last name i waited for at least 10-15 minutes waiting for someone to help me and eventually got extremely aggravated knowing that my order was essentially stolen and everyone in the store was “too” busy to help me out. when I’m reality i saw at least 3 workers standing around doing shelf stocking . thestore was not busy and it was extremely rude and made me feel totally disrespected. i want to be reimbursed not only for the credits i spent but for the way i felt completely overlooked as if i was invisible, as if it was my issue that my order had been “picked up “by someone who was not me and for being made to feel as if “sorry theres nothing we can do “ was being said by everyone working at that store i have never be made to feel this way at any Michaels location and am extremely hurt by the whole experience of all.
