[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My son is 5 and special needs. He has a hard time handling and manipulating objects and these counting blocks were great. They snapped apart easily and pushed together easily. The cards included are fun and easy to understand. These counting blocks kept my little entertained and engaged longer than normal which was great. The colors were good quality and easily identifiable. My son enjoyed playing with them and I enjoyed the learning interaction they provided.

He is able to work through one side of the problem cards on his own, and the second side will provide plenty of learning opportunities in the future. This set is simple yet entertaining for kids, and it is nice that it all fits back into the original box for storage

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This toy was given to us for free to test in exchange for my honest opinion. We own a lot of toys and right away you can tell which ones will become favorites and which ones are going to last. This toy does both. It's so versatile because they can use it like regular connecting blocks and build whatever or they can use the cards it comes with. I assumed it was mostly going to be played with like blocks but my 5 year old loved how many games it had. Some he could play with by himself and others he needed a little help from me. This toy is excellent for introducing math concepts in a fun way where they don't feel like they are learning just playing. Best of all it's sturdy. They can get wet or tossed in a bag or thrown and take the beating. They connect from all sides so they won't be so frustrated wondering where to connect. Love that they have different themes to get the kids interested but honestly it's a great tool that I will be gifting to other parents. I don't see him out growing this toy for a while. I think the age range on the box is spot on. I might even say 4 yr olds might enjoy it too if only for the blocks. The blocks are small enough to fit in their mouths so there is a chocking hazard for those younger than 4.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Helped both my younger kiddos with math!! And they really enjoy it! The only downside we experienced, was that the fun is short lived. The kiddos love playing with it for about 15 min but then we are distracted again and on the move.

I am a stay at home mom and I've been trying to prep my son for school with some low pressure introductions to learning. That's where these MathLink cubes come in! My child understandably has a hard time visualizing math. But these cubes make it really easy for him to "see" simple math. I've really seen him flourish in his understanding. And at the same time he's enjoying himself because it feels to him like he's playing with the cubes. I would definitely recommend these to everyone who wants to introduce there kids to math concepts.
