I am so disappointed in this product.  It is closer to a 3 (DK)
than a 4 (WW).  it is also very rough, nothing like other Pound of Love Yarns I have bought.  In the Both skeins in the picture are Pound of Love. Unfortunately, it's hard to see the difference, but it is significant.  The blue is very, very soft,  while the white is rough and scratchy.  I make things for NICU and the white definitely cannot be used for the hats and blankets!

you can never go wrong with a skein of pound if love. Its a go to yarn !!

when you order more than 1 skein of yarn they NEVER send the dame dye lot. if you see an order with more than 1 skein of the same color whoever pulls that order should be checking. very disappointed as this was for a blanket and now I have to find more of the same color and same dye lot.

Do like the softness of the yarn but if you want to deal with days of untangling yarn this is the one for you. I am preferring smaller skeins to this because if you get a snag you have basically lost days of crocheting if you want to save the yarn. The middle tangles are so bad I spend days and using an entire room to not retangle everything I worked on. Save time and buy smaller skein sizes

I ordered 2 pound skeins of antique white and got two skeins of WHITE!!  This is the fourth mistake made by the Southbury, CT Michael’s store.

As a crocheter for 49 years, I have learned that DYE LOT NUMBERS MUST BE THE SAME ON A SKEINS of yarn. I have gone to 2 Michaels locations and there was not enough stock to get same dye lot numbers be same
at each store. I RESORTED to ordering online for first time TRUSTING a corporation to have common sense to train their employees fill orders with ALL DYE LOT # bring the SAME to fill the order. I just received my order to now only have to return to store for full refund because DYE lots #. TRAIN EVERY PERSON that just because it's the same name and color it is NOT the SAME always!!!!!! SHAME ON YOU Michaels. Now I am going to go out of my way to a 3td location with my order I received hoping by luck that there is stock on shelf and DYE lot # might be the same to do an exchange OR YOU will be giving.me back a refund. Even worse of this,   right away I could see the skein colors didn't match even close. I guess the corporation just wanted to make their money and not the quality of their specialty trade.

When I order online I'd expect to get the same dyelots for four balls of yarn...but no I got two the same numbers, one a very different color and one a very different texture...now I need to go to the store to return. Shame on you Micheals, you should know better!
