I GOT THIS ON A CLEARANCE AND BOUGHT SEVERAL AS IT IS A THICK PAPER THAT CAN BE USED WITH LIGHT WET MEDIA AND DRY. GREAT WITH GOUACHE. IF YOU NEED MORE TOOTH PUT A LIGHT COAT OF CLEAR GESSO ON LET DRY AND YOU CAN USE YOUR OIL PASTELS,SOFT PASTELS ON. I LIKE THE CARAN D ACHE CAYONS ON IT AS WELL AS IT IS NICE AND THICK. THICKER THAN 140 WATERCOLOR PAPER IS IS 185 POUNDS.

This is a good-quality heavyweight paper. I have been able to erase without damaging the paper. It is a beautiful tan - not too light and not too dark. I look forward to suing a variety of media on it.
